The Gathering of the Ancestors Meditation

Questions for Reflection

After enjoying the Gathering of the Ancestors Meditation, write about the ancestor who stepped forward to help you. How much do you know about this ancestor, if anything? Do you desire to get to know this person on a soul level? If so, make a special place of honor for your ancestor on your altar.

Which member of your bloodline stepped forward to accept healing? What was this experience like for you? What gift did you present to this person?

What healing gifts are you bringing to your family lineage at this time and what help do you need from your ancestors?

In the podcast episode below, I share my story of how my ancestors came to share their healing gifts on the healing field and we transformed the battlefield. Through working on healing my family lineage, I am able to embrace and transform my internal war. Ancestral healing work has shown me that both the oppressor and oppressed live inside of me, the slave holder and the slave both need healing. Transformation is an inside job. The more we work on our own inner energetic contribution, the more we change our outer circumstances.

"As above, so below, as within, so without."

I hope you enjoy this episode and the parade of my weird, funny ancestors.
