How to get the most out of my Chakra Journeys

There are a million chakra meditations out there. Even though I have done so many over the years, I still enjoy doing them! You can find so many free chakra meditations to download, so I wanted to create something unique for you that you wouldn't find anywhere else. My intention with these journeys is to give you a sacred portal you can access anytime to do medical intuitive work on the organs associated with each major chakra. I also wanted to DO energy work with you through vocal toning and visualization as though we were working together in session. The more familiar you get with approaching each of your own chakras as alive, aware and responsive, the easier it will be to connect in to the chakras of another person. I have created a downloadable reference guide for helpful stones, essential oils, colors, notes, sounds and foods to support each chakra. I recommend you download this guide in preparation for each chakra journey.
