Assignment: Track Your Thoughts, Refine Your Emotions

This exercise will help you see what the frequencies you habitually hold in your energy field and body. In this assignment, we are looking at your thoughts and emotions as energy.

Becoming aware of your baseline frequencies helps you call in the types of emotions (vibrations) you want to feel and hold in your body.

Your homework: For the next seven days (at least), choose three times of day you can be alerted and spending two minutes tracking your thoughts and emotions in a journal entry.

Set the timer on your phone to alert you three separate times of day: choose one morning, afternoon and evening time. Select a time that allows you to stop what you are doing and record your dominate thoughts and emotions. Do not overthink what you write and spend no more than two minutes at a time to record what thoughts are rolling through your mind when the alarm goes off. Notice what is the primary emotion you are holding in your body at this time?

If you can keep this practice up for 21 days, do it! You will be amazed at how you can refine your thoughts and master your emotions. This is how you create your experiences.
