If you have your copy of Hands of Light A Guide to Healing Though the Human Energy Field, this would be a great time to read Chapter 11: Observations of Auras in Therapy Sessions page 89 through Chapter 13: Aura and Chakra Patterns of the Major Character Structures page 127.

Even though this book was written in the 1980s and many things have changed in our energetic fields since this information was written, this is still the best resource available (right now) when it comes to learning about how auras work. This course is going to change that and I am here to provide more current, up to date information on the human energy field.

When it comes to Barbara Brennan's information about Character Structure, please elevate yourself out of a 3-D space of judgement or blame when you read about each different type of Character Structure. All of our parents did the best they knew how to do and they worked to complete their soul contacts with us, whether the experiences were painful or joyful while raising us.

We are all doing the best we can do with the information we have so keep grace in your heart when you look at the different types of auras, defense mechanisms and character structures or "types" of ways we use our energy. We will discuss energy & relationships much more in depth as we go through the course but it is good to have this introduction to types of auras at this point.
