Your Training Lineage of Healers: How your modalities inform your work
"Calm is healing, healing is calm."-Dale Stacy
If you simply gave the gift of bringing peace and calm to an environment, you have created an energy imprint of healing.
"I performed Therapeutic Touch on a cancer patient who was in the terminal stages. He would moan constantly with or without medication. His wife sat by his side all day. She was in an extreme state of anxiety and would come running for help every time he moved, made a different sound or changed his breathing pattern.
I held my hands over his spine, where the pain seemed the most intense, and I could feel an energy flowing from my palms. Almost immediately, he relaxed, stopped moaning and became very peaceful. I also felt a sense of closeness, a unity with him, a calm sense of peacefulness. His wife, sitting in a chair nearby, also became very relaxed. The external environment seemed to all flow together, boundaries meshed, time seemed to stand still. The imagery in my head was of unity, of oneness, of a flowing, rhythmic togetherness. I could tell when the healing act was completed: The unity began to separate, boundaries materialized, and the spell was broken, so to speak. After this treatment, the patient slept quietly without moaning. His wife became calm, sitting quietly with her hand in his.
He died two days later, his wife at his bedside. She had remained very calm during the two days. Now she was crying softly. I felt as though I had treated her, too."-Therapeutic Touch: How to Use Your Hands to Help or Heal by, Dolores Krieger, Ph.D., R.N.

A timeline of my journey...so far.
It is so interesting to me how our 3D linear training is very important for credentials, recognition and trust. But on a deeper dimensional level, the teachers we train with in healing modalities become a part of our energy signature. Their influence on our work as healers, death doulas or shamans is a really big deal.
This most current bio timeline may not be of any interest to you. Linear biographies are much less interesting to me than the deeper parts of someone's story. Or it might interest you to see where I come from and how I have gleaned the information I share with you now. The most wonderful thing about having a healing lineage is that all your teachers stand with you and have your back anytime you are doing your purpose work!
I have only hit the high notes here and listed my most meaningful teachers and influences. I don't think I could list out all the continuing education classes since 1995, but these are my major influences and milestones so far.
