Your healing practice is an extension of YOU

Everything about your healing practice is a reflection of your energy.

It's time to make your wellness business or ministry heal you first. We are going to cover the steps you can take to craft an excellent remote healing or coaching experience for your client.

As a facilitator, you are the tour guide that brings them home: to THEMSELVES. Crafting an excellent online experience is no different than all the prep work and artistry that goes into welcoming a client into your physical healing space. The first thing we must do is set the energy for the session.

If you have done your spiritual hygiene exercises, touched on your hara line and activated your light body centers before working with clients, you will notice a flow of creativity in sessions where you don't have to worry about what comes next. You do not need to have all the answers, the answers will come at the right moment. By simply holding space for their healing process from a high frequency, your session is so valuable, not to mention the resources you will be able to offer them from a state of mental clarity and focus.

Question for Reflection:

As an assessment of the overall state of your healing practice right now, how are healthy are these aspects of your healing practice on a scale of 1-5 (1 being unwell and 5 being radiantly healthy):

  • Clients you currently attract
  • Financial management of your business or ministry
  • Professional boundaries
  • Utilization of skills and techniques
  • Promotions and sales of your services
  • Self-care and education
  • Clear direction for growth in your offerings and skill sets

Where do you see room for healing in your professional offerings? How do you see your own masculine and feminine energy playing out in your healing services? Where are the balances and imbalances?

Harmonize Your Offering: Balancing Mudra

A quick easy way to focus on balancing your feminine/masculine energy is the Bhairava Mudra.

Traditionally, the right hand is placed on top of the left. Both hands rest in the lap during meditation.

Bhairava mudra is said to harmonize the left and right hemispheres of the brain, the flow of prune (life force energy) and to unite all opposites. This mudras brings inner peace in meditation and I suggest it to create an outer manifestation of balance to your healing business.

Remember as you run your light body energies to allow your hands to naturally take the position they want. Mudras will spontaneously occur when specific meridians and circuitry is naturally being activated. My hands will spontaneously go into certain mudras when I am in the flow of my meditation and yours will, too. If you are consciously focusing on bringing balance of yin/yang energy into your life, this hand position can help and it is very simple.
